December 2022 Product Update: Introducing Lenses

December was a big month for Gemini as we launched several new product features based on our customer’s valuable feedback. The theme of December was our continued focus on better visualization tools and allowing you to see your people data like never before. This was the origin of Lenses, a new workforce metrics capability that we’re thrilled to share with you. Keep reading for more details.

Lenses™

We’re excited to launch a powerful new capability in Gemini called Lenses. Lenses allow you to view proprietary workplace metrics across your org chart so you better understand your costs, demographics, and risks like never before. Easily visualize important metrics like tenure, salary benchmarking, diversity and succession plan gaps across your entire workforce with just a few clicks.

Org Chart Summary

You can now view a quick summary of your org chart data in Gemini. Positioned at the top left of your org chart canvas, you can easily understand the number of workers and open positions in your org at any given time. The org chart summary updated dynamically as you apply filters so you can better understand the number or workers or open positions that meet your filter criteria.

PowerPoint Export for Reports

Earlier this year we launched Reports in Gemini that give you insight into key metrics across your workforce. You can see everything from headcount to spans of control for your organization on a single dashboard. Now we have extended the reports page capability to include exporting. Simply click the export button to generate a powerpoint presentation that includes all of the key reports on individual slides.

You can now include these reports in presentations for leadership and help your people teams make better decisions.

New Open Position Styling

We heard your feedback and improved the styling of open position cards in Gemini. This updated design makes it easier to identify both open and filled positions within your organization at a glance.
